Returns

We have a 0-day return policy, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Due to the nature of our products, all body butters and other skincare items are considered personal care goods. For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any opened, used, or delivered products.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To report a damaged or incorrect item, please contact naturalblisscompany@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including personal care goods such as body butters, skincare products, lip care products, soaps, and other beauty products. Due to health and safety regulations, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We also do not accept returns on custom products, special orders, sale items, gift cards, or promotional items.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with a product or have questions regarding your purchase, please contact us at naturalblisscompany@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for orders that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, and only after review and approval by our team.

If your claim is approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
